Reborn & Partners, an investment fund subsidiary of Solal Capital, has submitted through its Reboot Retail program an offer to take over 20 La Halle stores for the creation of its new brand, in partnership with Invest Strategy and employees of La Halle, the leading clothing and footwear brand of the Vivarte group in France.
