Internship Office Manager

Job description:

Reporting to the management team, you will be responsible for helping with the following tasks:

Everyday tasks:

  • Follow-up of general administrative formalities;
  • Preparation of files and presentations;
  • Assist the improvement of the working environment of employees

Communication and events:

  • Assist communication and events teams;
  • Help with the organization of external and internal events

HR, Accounting & Finance:

  • Collection of information and documents necessary for establishing pay;
  • Data entry and update on accounting / payroll tools;
  • Supplier relationship management;
  • Customer management

We were made to be together if:

  • You own a 2-3 years degree as BTS Assistant Manager, Assistant Management SME-SMI, management of companies and administrations;
  • You understand accounting and have a perfect command of the Office suite, Asana and you have a first experience on Sage

Internship specifications:

  • Desired start date: ideally Monday January 4
  • Location: Neuilly-Sur-Seine (92) + Remote possible – depending on the feasibility of the moment
  • salary ≃ 600 €
  • Contract duration: 6 months
  • Job type: Full time, Internship
