Job description:
Reporting to the management team, you will be responsible for helping with the following tasks:
Everyday tasks:
- Follow-up of general administrative formalities;
- Preparation of files and presentations;
- Assist the improvement of the working environment of employees
Communication and events:
- Assist communication and events teams;
- Help with the organization of external and internal events
HR, Accounting & Finance:
- Collection of information and documents necessary for establishing pay;
- Data entry and update on accounting / payroll tools;
- Supplier relationship management;
- Customer management
We were made to be together if:
- You own a 2-3 years degree as BTS Assistant Manager, Assistant Management SME-SMI, management of companies and administrations;
- You understand accounting and have a perfect command of the Office suite, Asana and you have a first experience on Sage
Internship specifications:
- Desired start date: ideally Monday January 4
- Location: Neuilly-Sur-Seine (92) + Remote possible – depending on the feasibility of the moment
- salary ≃ 600 €
- Contract duration: 6 months
